This was easy to put on him, with enough stretch to get his legs into the “arms” without much effort or trouble on his joints. It’s very soft. The back doesn’t roll up, and there’s enough clearance underneath that he doesn’t get it wet when he pees.
The downside is that, he’s a light color dog that sheds, so the dark sweater definitely shows that and any light fuzz he might pick up from the carpeting. The neck also stretches quite a lot, which while it’s for ease of putting on and taking off, it also lets the sweater fall down his shoulders a bit. Easy fix of just pulling it up. He doesn’t have much for a neck any longer, so the collar doesn’t stay entirely folded.All in all, it’s a great buy and I’m very pleased with it. So is he!
